Bruce Israel Masamvu

He joined Dube Tachiona and Tsvangirai in January 2014 and became an Associate Partner in January 2019 . He then teamed up with Mr Mutatu and Mrs Da Silva-Gustavo to form MMD Law Chambers.
In his career, Mr Masamvu has practiced law in extensive areas including, but not limited to, landlord and tenancy law, banking law, commercial financial advisory, criminal litigation, debt collection and conveyancing. He currently supervises the conveyancing department and has a wide range of clients both individuals and corporates.
Priscillah Da Silva - Gustavo

She has experience in conveyancing, corporate law, commercial law, civil law, family law, labour law ,inheritance law and estate administration.
As part of her labour law practice she also gives presentations and lectures when called upon to do by corporate clients and non-corporate organisations. She is also a member of Zimbabwe Women Lawyers Association.
He resigned from Makonese and Partners in 2011 to establish Mutatu & Partners in Kwekwe where he is the senior partner. He became more entrenched at MSU as he was appointed the Chairperson of the Public Law Department by the Faculty Law. He is also sits in the MSU Senate. Mr Mutatu also achieved a Masters in Law with the University Of South Africa.
In 2019 he Partnered up with Mr Masamvu and Mrs Da Silva-Gustavo to form MMD Law Chambers.
His key areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, Criminal Law, Conveyancing, Labour law and general legal advice.

She previously worked with Furusa and Company Legal Practitioners and Magondora and Partners before joining MMD Law Chambers. She is also a member of Zimbabwe Women Lawyers Association.

Lylod Chimire, holds a bachelor of law degree having graduated as a Legal Practitioner and conveyancer from the University of Zimbabwe in 2014. He then joined
Muzenda and Partners in 2014- to 2015 as a Professional Assistant where he centered on research, pleadings preparation mainly civil and labor court processes. He then moved to the Judicial Service Commission from 2015 to 2020 where he worked as a Principal Assistant Master of the High Court responsible for the administration of deceased Estates and insolvencies and minors, supervision of estate administrators, preparing Master’s reports for matters before the courts, appearing in all courts representing the masters’ office, presiding over creditors meetings, inter alia) achievements- contributed towards the new Act of Companies and Other Businesses Entities Act. He contributed to various directives and guidance issued within the masters’ office for general use by officers. In 2020 he returned to private practice and joined Liberty Mcijo & Associates as a Professional Assistant where he did court appearances, magistrates court, high court, and supreme court. criminal, civil, and labor).
He joined Mutatu Masamvu & Da Silva Gustavo Law Chambers in March 2021. He is currently working on a guidebook for operations of the office of the Master. He has passion for articles touching or commenting on various issues of law mainly civil, constitutional, and court judgments.
Conrad holds an LLB Honours Degree from Midlands State University, Zimbabwe. Currenttly, he is a candidate for an LLM in Comparative Business Law in Africa with the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He is recieving specialised training in doing business in the North Africa and in the Middle East, Resource Revenue Law, Chinese Law and Investments in Africa, and Regional Economic Law. He is a scholar of the Mandela Institute for Development Studies, a leading prestigious think-tank on African integration and economic development.
Conrad is also an alumnus of and holds a qualification in Business and Entrepreneurship Development from the Young African Leaders Initiative Professionally, Conrad has intended in the legal department of one of Zimbabwe’s top-performing parastatal:Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company. During his time there, he was involved in high-profile debt collection cases as well as litigation. Presently, he is an Assistant Lecturer with Midlands State University in the Faculty of Law. He assistes with content development and delievery in the Law of Insolvency, International Trade Law, and Tax Law. Overall, owing to his academic, professional, and personal experiences; Corad commits to providing orgarnised,bespoke, and professional advice and solutions to his clients.
